I studied massage therapy, and graduated with an AAS degree from HI-Tech Institute, St. Louis Park in 2006. My training incorporated a lot of anatomy, physiology, deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, and sports therapies to help clients heal from injuries. I have recently been certified with the John F Barnes Myofascial Release approach, MFR 1, 2, and Unwinding. The goal of MFR is to remove fascial restrictions from traumas, surgeries, injuries, and scarring to restore the body’s equilibrium. I love to help my clients feel, and be, their best selves with a focus on preventative wellness. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, movies, hiking, yoga, spending quality time with friends and family, exploring the city, thrifting, antiquing, and finding new, and exciting adventures.

Thank you,
Lisa
